Blake Lovely’s ‘Once Upon a TS Summer’ Wins TEA ‘Best DVD’ Award

LOS ANGELES, CA - Blake Lovely’s directorial debut, Once Upon a TS Summer, won the Best DVD Award at the recent 2026 Trans Erotica Awards announced in Hollywood earlier this month. 

"Winning Best DVD at this year's TEA show was beyond a dream come true,” says Lovely. “I stood on that same stage three years ago for the Hollywood Independent Music Awards right before I left the music industry to pursue a career in Adult Film. I was the only trans person in that room during that time. To go from that to achieving this, surrounded by so many people I would consider family.” 

Once Upon a TS Summer follows the coming-of-age adventures of star Blake Lovely during her last summer before graduating from college with an all-star cast of performers. The title was released under Grooby’s brand and is produced by Brah Bones with Director of Photography Aiden Starr. Blake Lovely Receives Four AVN Nominations

Blake Lovely Receives Three XMA Award Nominations

“It's a funny feeling living a life you only dreamed of just a little bit ago,” says Lovely. “Receiving three nominations for the XMAs was one of those goals that seemed like something out of a fantasy, but I was determined, no matter what, to do the work. After filming countless scenes for major studios this year and completing my first feature, ‘Once Upon a TS Summer’ for Grooby, I was able to turn that dream into a reality. I practically sobbed on the ground right when I heard the news this past week at the XBIZ Nomination Party. I am so grateful to be recognized, and this means more than I could ever put into words. I'm really looking forward to the award season and seeing what happens next year. I'm just getting started!”
